General Information

  • The "Save-the-Date" Retainer of $500 is required to hold a date and is NOT Refundable.

  • The Damage/Incidental Deposit of $500 is refundable following the event.

  • Save-the-Date & Damage/Incidental Deposit is due when booking.

  • Checks are our preferred form of payment but credit cards are accepted.

  • Maximum occupancy is 200 guests total.

  • We do not have a Preferred Vendor List but we can assist you in that area.

  • Alcohol is permitted when "Alcohol Service Fee" is paid. 

  • Parking Lot is available on site with Parking Attendant(s) & Security Lights. 

  • Pets are allowed when included with Wedding Party. Pets must have a handler & remain on leash at all times. 

  • Round and Long Guest Tables along with various miscellaneous sized tables.

  • Basic White and Black Tablecloths.

  • Premium White Folding Garden Chairs.

  • Wedding Ceremony Seating set up & break down provided for outdoor use.

  • Caterer's Prep Kitchen.

  • Accessible Restrooms.

  • Thousands of Classic & Vintage Decor, Backdrops, and Serving Pieces.
