The "Save-the-Date" Retainer of $500 is required to hold a date and is NOT Refundable.

The Damage/Incidental Deposit of $500 is refundable following the event.

Save-the-Date & Damage/Incidental Deposit is due when booking.

Checks are our preferred form of payment but credit cards are accepted.

Maximum occupancy is 200 guests total.

We do not have a Preferred Vendor List but we can assist you in that area.

Alcohol is permitted when "Alcohol Service Fee" is paid.

Parking Lot is available on site with Parking Attendant(s) & Security Lights.

Pets are allowed when included with Wedding Party. Pets must have a handler & remain on leash at all times.

Round and Long Guest Tables along with various miscellaneous sized tables.

Basic White and Black Tablecloths.

Premium White Folding Garden Chairs.

Wedding Ceremony Seating set up & break down provided for outdoor use.
