  • White or Black linens for venue tables. You may provide your own linens as well.

  • All set-up, breakdown, and clean up will take place during allotted rental time.

The Fine Print

  • Non-Refundable "Save-the-Date" Deposit $500 due when contract is signed.

  • Quarterly or Monthly Payments are Required.

  • Balance Must be Paid-in-full 30 days prior to Event Date.

  • Alcohol is Permitted. Bartenders & Security must be hired through Oak Forest Events.

  • Event Insurance is required.

  • Cancellation Policy - Event Cancelled less than 30 days to Event - No Refund​​.

  • Cancelled 31 to 180 days to Event - 50% Refund of moneys paid except the Non-Refundable Deposit.

  • Cancelled 181 or more days to Event - FULL Refund of any payments except the Non-Refundable Deposit.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. (Email is acceptable).

  • Event Cancelled with NO Refund for Late Payments (10 days) or Insufficient Funds.
